We’re a local, Mother-Daughter Senior Transition Specialist Company backed by 22+ years of small business ownership in the construction industry and 14 years in Marketing for a Fortune 100 company. We (Jules Hicks & Lorie Galloway) started this company with the desire to help families with this transition because we’ve experienced, first-hand, how hard it is. When selling your senior loved one's house with a realtor, or even For Sale By Owner (FSBO), many times the buyer of that home will expect the house to be move-in ready.
That means they will be expecting families/seniors to make all of the necessary repairs before even making an offer. And what's worse, as the seller, families/seniors are almost always expected to pay the buyer's realtor commissions, as well as your own. Not to mention, covering the closing costs.
